This is Smitten for Shoujo. Or, in other words, my love letters to shoujo manga. I’ve been having a lot of feels about giving media made for women by women their flowers.
Shoujo manga is amazing and I want to discuss it all; themes/tropes, art styles, covers, the marketing and analytics (that are available), whether or not what you read influences you (*cough* why shoujo manga isn’t toxic), and more.
I also might sprinkle in some reviews of what I’ve been reading here and there.
